Baked Salmon Fillets

4 fillets salmon
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
black pepper,Creole seasoning,Old Bay seasoning to taste ( just sprinkle a little over salmon)
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted margarine

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.Line a pan with aluminum foil.
3.Place salmon skin side down on foil and spread mustard on.
4.Sprinkle seasonings over next.
5.Sprinkle Panko over fillets.
6.Drizzle melted margarine over Panko crumbs.
7.Bake 15 min. or until salmon is done.
