She is making apple tarts using apple pie filling,marshmallows and caramel but you could use chocolate pie filling just as well.The idea is to make small individual pies (tarts)and do this with ready made ingredients -- already prepared pie filling, The crust is cut from rolled refrigerated pie crust. All very easy.
